The Emigration Museum in Gdynia

The Emigration Museum in Gdynia is a historical museum and cultural institution of the City of Gdynia. Established in February 2012 and opened on 16 May 2015, it documents the history of Polish emigration. In the historic building of the Marine Station, from where Polish transatlantic liners sailed for decades, an institution was created that tells the story of the departures and fates of Poles around the world. For the history of emigration is written every day. Its various dimensions are presented in the permanent exhibition.
