The 1975 will be back in Poland.
The 1975, a British band, was formed in 2002 by a group of friends from a high school on the outskirts of Manchester. The band consists of Matthew “Matty” Healy (vocals, guitar), Adam Hann (lead guitar), Ross MacDonald (bass) and George Daniel (drums). Their pop-rock music, characterized by a large dose of experimentation, and stage energy make the band often compared to the cult Radiohead. Their debut album, The 1975, was released on September 2, 2013, and the band was supported by Mike Crossey, formerly of Arctic Monkeys and Foals. The album debuted at the top of the British charts. Their next album entitled I Like It When You Sleep, for You Are So Beautiful yet So Unaware of It climbed to the top of the sales lists in both the UK and the US, thus confirming the band’s strong position on both the domestic and international market. Their third album was released in 2018, which earned the band the award for best British album at the Brit Awards in 2019.
