What sounds are hidden between moss and tree bark? What are the sounds of leaves and stems exposed to the summer wind? After years, the Artus format of concerts in the dark returns. The sensory concert of T/Aboreta will stimulate not only our hearing, but also our other senses. Thanks to this, visually impaired people will be able to freely and fully enjoy this unusual and magical event.

During the upcoming concert you will be able to taste the forest's goods, smell the fragrance of the meadow and hear folklore enchanted by the bold combination of customs and modernity. T/Aboret is a veritable herbarium with music that lives. Their sound herbarium leads us through the world of plants, which are a bit of nature found and brought between the streets of a busy city. The group's wide instrumentarium is largely derived from folk tradition. The Biłgoraj bitch, Płock fiddle, kemanche, kobyz – all these instruments, although unfortunately already forgotten, thanks to T/Aboret stir up an artistic dialogue between nature and culture, folklore and avant-garde.

Already on 25 September 2022, the plants will glide towards the city – you will be able to join them in the Great Hall of Artus Court. Precursory for the region, T/Aboret's multi-sensory concert promotes the release of the band's debut album – Cyjanotypia. T/Aboret – one story spun by four different voices. Coming from different musical worlds, they express themselves in ethno-jazz compositions, improvisations, rhythmic variations.

The band: Natalia Czekała – piano; Karolina Matuszkiewicz – violin, singing, gadulka, fidel plocka, bilgorajska suka; Artur Siejka – double bass; Krzysztof Guzewicz – cajon, udu, darbuka, mazhar, tabla
