Świąteczny Ether Jazzu: Jacek Mazurkiewicz

3FoNIA is a one-man musical project by Jacek Mazurkiewicz, in which the main source of sounds is the double bass - natural or prepared. This project shows the possibilities arising from the versatile use of the classical instrument, where it is completely rearranged for the needs of contemporary music by means of original performance techniques. During the 3FoNII concert you can expect compositions and improvised pieces from the borderland of contemporary chamber music, ambient, concrete music, experiment and avant-garde. It is also certain that the double bass will not be used in accordance with its original purpose. So far, 2 albums of 3FoNII have been released - Chosen Poems and Mneme.
