Steve Rothery Band Weekend

Steve Rothery, the guitarist of the famed 1980s band Marillion, will be visiting Warsaw's Progresja with two shows.

As well as being active in his parent band—known for reinvigorating progressive rock in the 1980s and having an extremely loyal fanbase—Steve has offered his supporters various solo projects throughout his career. In 2013, an idea germinated in the guitarist's head to form a group that would showcase early Marillion songs and his solo compositions at occasional shows. Thus came the formation of the Steve Rothery Band, with which Steve occasionally appears at shows.

Steve Rothery Band Weekend features two shows, each dedicated to a separate Marillion album: 1985's Misplaced Childhood on the first date, 1987's Clutching at Straws on the second. In addition to the complete material from these albums, fans will also get to hear some of Steve's most interesting solo work, plus some surprises.
