Sport was born from a game. The game started the moment we felt safe. When we had the space and energy to just play. Are we gonna play? Are we going to start together?

A performance full of movement, emotion, imagery, euphoria, anger and victory. Sport as a gateway to themes that touch everyone - whether they love or despise sport. In it, Cirk La Putyka goes all the way back to the very beginning. To the roots. To why it all came about. To ancient Athens in the sun and dust, to try and get closer to the lives of professional athletes today. What does the journey to the dream look like? What goes on in your head the second before the starting gun goes off? What does it taste like to return to training after an injury? What do athletes experience when things don't go well? When everything hurts and nothing works. When does an athlete want to be alone? And when, on the other hand, does he or she feel abandoned?

The performance is based on joint training sessions with Olympic athletes, sports lab workshops and live exploration of movement in extreme conditions. St.art is a celebration of the body, endurance and the infinite human desire to exceed one's limits.
