Metal | Spiritbox is a Progressive Metal band from Vancouver, Canada, consisting of husband and wife Courtney La Plante and Michael Stringer. The band released their self-titled debut single in 2018 without a label, their Singles Collection from 2019 was released by Pale Chord.
