Spartaque is a techno DJ originally from Ukraine, currently living in Barcelona.
Vitaliy Babiy, better known by his alias Spartaque, is a DJ and producer from Ukraine who performed in front of a crowd of 30 000 people at the Jeans DJ-Parade in Kharkiv in 2005 and came second. At this point his career took off in a big way and in 2007-2008 he took third place in the Ukrainian DJs chart. A year later he won in three of the four categories and his career took off outside of Ukraine, with his tracks being supported by such names as Tocadisco, Ahmed Sendil, Umek, Popof, Koen, Groeneveld and others.
