Something Must Break: Shonen Knife

Shonen Knife is a band from Osaka, Japan, founded by the sisters Naoko and Atsuko in 1981. Long before the appearance of concepts like "Riot Grrrl" or "Girl Rock" in dictionaries, the female trio merrily tugged the guitar strings to the sounds of the imported covers of the Ramones band. Over the past 37 years, the team may and did not fill the stadiums, but was appreciated for the great impact on Altrock's work from Sonic Youth to Nirvana. Despite years spent on tour, his enthusiasm for live performances continues to enjoy, especially when he reaches his vast musical arsenal from solid thrash rock to hit hits.

However, the key to the group's success was a disarming, sometimes somewhat surrealistic approach to their own punk and rock authorities - whether the songs entitled "Tortoise Brand Pot Cleaner" could the girls be suspected of being too serious about themselves?
