Sokolovna Hostivice
The Sokolovna was built in 1921 and 1922.From the beginning it was used not only for exercising, but also for organizing other events – concerts, theatre performances or cinema screenings. The gymnasium also includes a large outdoor training ground.
In 2013, the Sokol Hall was completely reconstructed, with the northern part of the building (the clubhouse and an extension from the 1970s) being demolished and rebuilt. The Sokolovna is currently owned by the town of Hostivice and operated by MKSH, a contributory organisation.
