Skáld
Folklore | Skáld is a Nordic folk group formed in 2018 in France. Making use of traditional instruments, Skáld's artistic focus on Scandinavian culture, especially on Norse mythology; they mostly use Nordic languages, particularly Old Norse, but also modern Icelandic, Faroese, Norwegian and Swedish. The band was formed in 2018 by producer and sole constant member Christophe Voisin-Boisvinet, who re-adapts its repertoire from Norse texts.
