Show Me the Body

Show Me the Body is an American experimental hardcore band formed in 2012 in New York. The band consists of vocalist and banjo player Julian Cashwan Pratt, bassist Harlan Steed, and drummer Noah Cohen-Corbett. Their music blends hardcore punk, noise rock, hip hop, industrial music, and electronic elements, with the electric banjo being a defining feature of the band’s sound.

The band debuted with the EP Yellow Kidney and released their first studio album, Body War, in 2016. This was followed by the albums Dog Whistle (2019) and Trouble the Water (2022), which expanded their reach on the American and European alternative scenes. In addition to their live performances, the group also runs the CORPUS collective, focused on community projects, musical collaborations, and independent events in the New York borough of Queens.

Their current work includes the 2024 mixtape project Corpus II and the singles Dance In The USA and No God, released in 2026. These precede their fourth studio album, Alone Together, scheduled for release in July 2026 via Loma Vista Recordings.
