Šejby (German: Scheiben) is a part of the municipality of Horní Stropnice, in the district of České Budějovice. It has 20 inhabitants. It is located near the Austrian border, on a narrow road leading from Horní Stropnice to Harbach, Austria (part of the village Moorbad Harbach). There is a border crossing Šejby – Harbach for pedestrians and cyclists. The Via Verde cycle route with nine stops runs through the border crossing. In 2011 there were eighteen permanent residents.
