In 2017, the Meeting Brno festival, in cooperation with the City of Brno, organised a meeting of the Löw-Beer, Tugendhat and Stiassni families. Daniel Low-Beer, grandson of the last pre-war factory owner in Brněnec, then founded the Arks Foundation – the Löw-Beer and Oskar Schindler families. Since then, Meeting Brno has also contributed to the restoration of the Brněnec site through its activities.
