Sampa The Great

Sampa The Great is an artist of many cultures. The rapper, who was born in Zambia, raised in Botswana, and for the past few years in Australia, has been developing her work, in which hip-hop blends with neo-soul, jazz and gospeel, all underlined by her conscious, socially and politically engaged lyrics. After the well-received mixtapes The Great Mixtape and Birds and the BEE9 and the EP HERoes Act 2, she realeased debut album The Return in 2019.
