RPWL

The Bavarian quartet RPWL started out by playing Pink Floyd covers, which is something of a clue to the sound they have developed themselves. With their 2000 debut God Has Failed, they were part of a wave of new interest in progressive rock and garnered positive reviews in the industry press; since then, their discography has expanded to include a further six albums, and their other credits include collaborations with Ray Wilson (Stilskin, Genesis), performances of Pink Floyd's The Man & The Journey and spectacular live shows. March 2023 sees the release of their eighth album, Crime Scene, a conceptual album about the most spectacular crimes in the entire history of crime. As before, this theme will also be staged live using multimedia. In addition, the band's live line-up will expand to include two female vocalists.
