Pod Niebieniem restaurant offers primarily dishes of Polish regional cuisine. They refer to the national noble, middle-class and peasant cuisine, which in their tradition profusely drew from the flavors of Europe and the Orient. Polish cuisine in their baking is refreshed: preserving its character, enrich it with elements that make it healthier and more attractive to the modern consumer.
