Rebeka + Kwiatki

The duo created by Iwona Skwarek and Bartosz Szczęsny released their third album Post Dreams in February. Usually analog synthesizers play the leading role in the band; however, on this album the musicians decided to go one step further and on the album appeared classical instruments such as strings and trumpets. The album contains a full amplitude of emotions. On one hand, we sink into delicately woven ornaments, and on the other hand we let ourselves be carried away by the wave of roaring coldwave guitars. Rebeka was created in 2008 on the initiative of Iwona, composer and lyricist, who in 2010 was joined by the producer Bartosz Szczęsny. They still play in this line-up, but they set off on a promotional tour of Post Dreams as a trio.
