Radogost

Hailing from Cieszyn Silesia, Radogost, whose name derives from a Slavic god, was formed in 2006 and plays energetic metal with folk elements, firmly rooted in Slavic tradition. The band's calling card is its expressive concerts and melodic, dynamic songs, in which powerful guitar riffs and aggressive drums are juxtaposed with the sound of violins and other traditional instruments. In its early lyrics, Radogost referred to legends, myths, legends and Slavic beliefs, cultivating the traditions of the peoples living in the areas of ancient Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The latest productions twist into a dark, decadent and surreal atmosphere, inspired by the poetry of Tadeusz Miciński.
