Punkáči deťom 2023

The "Punkáči deťom" festival is returning after 4 years to the restored old area, which is located 2 km from the Trenčín airport, where it will be held for the twelfth year. In total, more than 60 performers from all over the world will perform on two stages during 4 days. U.K. Subs, Cockney Rejects, The Baboon Show, Lion's Lw, The Hillbilly Moon Explosion, Los Fastidos, Maid of Ace, Crim, Konflikt, Staré Pušky, Hoten Toten, Totálni Nasazení, Nežfaleš, Karpina, Čad, Houba, Vision Days, Degradace, Muerti, Berlin Manson, Driak, Bratislavské dievčatá, Supertesla, RROR, Dead Rats and others will perform.

Punkáči deťom is a communal-music summer festival. The main motive of the festival is the beneficence – every year a part of the revenue from the entrance fee is donated as proceeds to help children in need through the OZ Punkáči deťom. The main themes of the festival are understanding, inclusion and solidarity between diverse social groups. Last but not least, it is also about spreading awareness about the punk subculture, about the values ​​of tolerance, empathy and mutual support.

The core of the festival is the music program. Punkáči deťom are proud of famous names in the line-up from the foreign and domestic scene. The festival focuses primarily on the genres of punk, rock, HC, metal, ska, reggae, rockabilly and their various offshoots. In this musical focus, it is the largest festival of its kind in Slovakia, annually strengthening and expanding the community of people who are close to the musical dramaturgy and the idea of ​​the festival.
