The genre range of the orchestra's repertoire is very wide. The orchestra is the only one in the Czech Republic to specialise in film music and is also exceptional in that its founder and conductor, Jiří Korynta, is listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the greatest multi-instrumentalist, having managed to play 28 different instruments within an hour.
