






phonon festival
phonon festival is a two-day celebration of live audiovisual art, experimental electronic music and spatial audio.
The performative part of the festival will take place in Ústí nad Labem on 23–24 September in the Hraničář Public Hall and the former Armaturka space. On Saturday, 24 September, workshops and lectures will take place at the House of Arts in Ústí nad Labem, led by Jan Hrubeš (Solid Core), Vojtěch Groot (Dataphase), Barry Truax, Martin Nitsche and Vít Pokorný. In parallel with the festival, an octophonic listening installation will be available at the House of Arts Ústí nad Labem, where visitors can immerse themselves in a focused and undisturbed listening of four original compositions by Jiří Suchánek, Carina Pesch, Hildegard Westerkamp and Barry Truax.
