Pete Philly

Pete Philly, born Peter Monzon, is a Netherlands-based rapper who aligned with producer Pieter Perquin as Pete Philly & Perquisite. The duo released two proper studio albums, as well as a remix compilation (2007's Remindstate), prior to parting ways. Pete Philly then went solo and released several albums.
