The works presented at the Dopasowania exhibition, collected in two cycles, are a story about the search for a true self-image, based on expectations. Exterior expectations, but also those which, over time, become internal. Paulina Buźniak, born in 1986, is a visual artist working in lithography, artistic textiles, illustration and graphic design. She is a winner of the Scholarship of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage for Outstanding Academic Achievements in the Academic Year 2010/2011, twice awarded at the Artistic Textile Biennale in Poznań (including the Distinction of the City of Poznań), and has won competitions related to graphic design. In 2006-2011 she studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw at the Faculty of Graphic Design. She obtained a diploma with rector's distinction in the Lithography Studio for her work [O]BLEĘDY under Prof. Błażej Ostoja Lniski. Appendix in the Illustration Studio of Prof. Zygmunt Januszewski. Since 2011, he has been working at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw.
