Warsztat: Drzeworyt japoński

Workshop participants will learn how to transfer patterns onto wooden matrices, cut them with chisels and reflect according to the Japanese technique. The effects of the work will be black-and-white and colour prints, ready to take away and decorate the walls. Participants will be able to get to know the basics of Japanese woodcut and apply them in practice right away.

The classes will be conducted by Would Cut Studio, that is Agnieszka Kożuchowska and Paweł Tajera. Their adventure with woodcut began during a 2-week course with Japanese woodcut master Akira Kurosaki. Now they share their knowledge and artistic experience with all enthusiasts of Japanese culture.
