Olympia Gallery

The Olympia Gallery was founded in 1999 and promotes contemporary art. Its name refers to the name of its founder, Olimpia Maciejewska, and to the title of a painting by Edouard Manet (1863), controversial at its time. The gallery has forged strong links with artists from all over Poland. Each year it organises several solo exhibitions and at least one collective problem exhibition. It is keen to invite young curators to work with it.
