Nezmaři is a Czech folk country music band founded in January 1978. Its founding members were Zdeněk Hejkrlík, Zdeněk Svoboda, Luboš Hrdlička and Pavel Zajíc. In the 1990s the group became more professional and over time became one of the oldest bands on the Czech folk scene. Their work has shifted from borrowed compositions of world folk celebrities, with their own lyrics, to almost exclusively self-produced songs, supplemented here and there by contributions from friendly musicians and lyricists.
