Neele
Born in Leipzig, Neele was influenced by punk and hardcore at a young age when she joined the wild group of the infamous Conne Island crew in Connewitz. Soon after, she discovered her interest in a broader field of underground club music, became a booker at Conne Island and developed into one of Leipzig's most versatile DJs.
Today she is based at the renowned Institut für Zukunft, while as a founding member of the G-EDIT crew she is a political activist and key figure in Leipzig's feminist scene. As a DJ, she fears no genre boundaries, but never loses control or descends into triviality. Instead, she has an energetic, bass-driven and British-inspired brand sound that ranges from house, techno and acid to electro.
