Muzeum Wsi Lubelskiej
The Museum of the Lublin Village is picturesquely located in the Czechówka River Valley, is one of the largest open-air museums in Poland. It presents the cultural diversity of the province, thanks to the combination of a rich collection of architecture and exhibits with care for the intangible heritage of the region. It comprehensively collects items related to the former life of villages, courts and towns, but also consolidates knowledge about the customs, rituals, traditions and daily work of people of a bygone era. The museum exhibition was divided into sectors reflecting the landscape and ethnographic diversity of the Lublin region: Wyżyna Lubelska, Roztocze, Powiśle, Podlasie, Nadbuże as well as court and town sectors.
