Muzeum Przyrodniczo-Łowieckie w Uzarzewie
The Museum was established in 1977 on the initiative of the Provincial Hunting Council in Poznań. Since 1982 it has been a branch of the National Museum of Agriculture and Agro-Food Industry in Szreniawa. It is housed in a renovated 19th-century manor house situated in a six-hectare landscape park with varied terrain. The second historic building is the stable-carriage house, which has housed a nature exhibition since 1993. In 2004, Adam Smorawiński, an entrepreneur and hunter from Wielkopolska, donated his collection of exotic trophies from 4 continents and founded a new pavilion for its exhibition. In 2010, he expanded it to accommodate his growing collection, as well as a collection of one hundred parrot specimens which he purchased for the Museum.
