Modern Love
Modern Love is a hardcore punk band from Oslo featuring former members of Damage Control, Death is not Glamorous, Subject to Change and Kids Like Us. Their music is a perfectly balanced blend of Revolution Summer DC sound, early Scandinavian punk and wave, as well as anarcho-post-punk and UK pop. In the songs they put an emphasis on hooks and vocal melodies. Norwegian lyrics focus on alienation, isolation, hopelessness, hope, solidarity and love. In 2020 they released Ensomhet vet 7’’ on Refuse Records.
