Dora Dynks and Waldemar Wihajster, a pair of detectives who have been shot at, receive a new assignment. This time it is an extremely serious mission – someone has kidnapped the famous goats from the Poznań City Hall. Time is running out, because if the goats are not on the tower at noon, a catastrophe will happen. The mysterious kidnapper moves around the city, effectively deceiving the detectives who are on his trail, and the audience, who from the very beginning are involved in the secret investigation.
