Mean Machine

Mean Machine is a Poznań quartet in its work based on electrifying blues filled with hardrock energy. The music of the band takes listeners on a journey that hooks up to the 60's and 70's, but at the same time does not avoid confrontation with the 21st century and modern rock'n'roll. In Mean Machine, everything is as real and raw as it was in Led Zeppelin, Cream, Thin Lizzy or early Black Sabbath. The band's sound is based on dynamic guitar riffs that complement the high, matte vocal and deep sound of the rhythm section. Debut album Mean Machine entitled "Gardens of Solomon" was released in May 2018 with the support of the publishing house / studio Vintage Records. The reviewers described it as a Polish response to the publishing of such bands as, for example, Rival Sons. All material on the album is sung in Polish, which in the case of such a genre, can be considered as a phenomenon on the national music scene. The single "She does not listen", which also created the clip, found itself on the antennas and the hit lists of several radio stations. In 2019, the band focuses on touring as part of the promotion of the debut album, and preparing material for the next album.
