Mark Fell

Mark Fell (born 1966 in Rotherham) is a British musician. He studied design and philosophy at Rotherham College of Arts and Technology and then art at Sheffield City Polytechnic. Together with Mat Steele, he has formed the duo SND since the late 1990s. In 2004 he released his first solo album Ten Types of Elsewhere (limited edition on physical media only). In 2010 he released Multistability and subsequently several other albums. He also remixes other artists' recordings and produces. He is also the cover artist for several music albums, including the compilation The Wire Tapper 27 (various artists, released by Wire magazine, 2011) and *Extra Playful: (2012), which features remixes of John Cale songs.
