Malevolence
Malevolence play a bit like new wave American heavy metal bands such as Lamb of God or Hatebreed, and cite the likes of Pantera and Crowbar as inspirations. It's quite suprising, then, that this band formed in 2010 in the UK's Sheffield; it's also suprising when Malevolence go from a riff taken straight out of Pantera to a thoroughbred beatdown hardcore breakdown. They are signed to Nuclear Blast and have three studio albums to their name, the latest being Malicious Intent (2022).
