Mai Mai Mai + Robert Piotrowicz + Adam Gołębiewski

Mai Mai Mai from childhood followed his parents in Europe and the Middle East, absorbing various cultures, atmospheres and sounds of places to which he was unwittingly taken. This project involves the transposition of these experiences into music and sounds: a combination of drone and ambient, dark rhythms, field recordings and sound landscapes.

Robert Piotrowicz is a sound artist, composer and improviser. Co-founder of the Musica Genera Festival and the Musica Genera label. He is the author of radio plays, sound installations, and theater music. He regularly performs at numerous festivals around the world. During concerts, he creates saturated and full of details forms using an analog synthesizer and a computer. His music is as close to contemporary electroacoustic composition as to sound art.

Adam Gołębiewski is a valued drummer, improviser and musicologist. His playing is constantly discovering new sounds that can be extracted from percussion instruments. Gołębiewski collaborated with such artists as Yoko Ono, Thurston Moore, Mats Gustafsson and Kevin Drumm.
