Lillou
Lillou, the Czech born and Prague based DJ, immersed herself in the Czech underground house scene more then 16 years ago. Shortly after her initial exposure to dance music, she moved to London for a couple of years, where she found inspiration in legendary vinyl shops like Swag and Tag. Her enthusiasm and resolution brought her the opportunity to be a part of the London underground's pirate radio, where she made regular appearances. Not long after her move to Prague, she still plays in several clubs back in London and Brighton, within healthy UK underground house communities next to names like Liz Edwards, Magnus Asberg, etc.
Back in Prague, she was first acknowledged as a part Eastbase, a major booking agency which allowed her to play in many clubs not only all around the Czech republic, but in clubs in Slovakia, Poland, Croatia and Russia. After her booking was taken over by the legendary club Roxy, she had chance to play for audiences in clubs in western Europe in addition to regular gigs at Roxy.
Also worth mentioning is her long standing activity in the legendary, underground and decadent Prague music bar Zero, where she not only had her residency for many years, but hosted her own events and brought in DJs from different countries and underground fields.
After all this time, Lillou has developed a sharp ear, unmatched technical skills, and, despite her continuously evolving music taste and the limitless inspiration around her, an assertive signature.
