In Stu on the centenary of Stanisław Lem’s birth, his less known and more private face will be revealed. Ewa Lipska, an outstanding poet and Lem’s long-time friend, will be the guide. Her private correspondence with the writer, his greatly valued poetry and song lyrics will make up a story of an unusual friendship between two outstanding literary personalities. A story just as fantastic, though completely different from those found on the pages of the author’s Solaris books. Full of beautiful language, anecdotes from the turn of the century, humour, poetry and songs. The roles of Ewa Lipska and Stanisław Lem will be played by Beata Rybotycka and Olaf Lubaszenko. They will be accompanied by the irreplaceable Konrad Mastyło with piano accompaniment. It will be a perfect gift for this special birthday of Stanisław Lem, as well as an excellent way to celebrate the whole year under the patronage of the outstanding writer.
