Views of the Winternitz Villa with Guided Tours. Winternitz Villa is a cultural monument in Smíchov, the work of architect Adolf Loos and Karel Lhota (the author of all elements in the interior). The three-storey house was built between 1931 and 1932 for lawyer Josef Winternitz, whose family lived there until 1941.
