Kletis
Kletis is a DJ and producer coming from top northern borders of the Czech Republic, crossing boundaries between genres of techno, ambient, drone and halftime drum and bass. Kletis is also a member of the Shotgun Festival crew which organizes outdoor festivals, but also warehouse and club parties. As a DJ he focuses his selection on techno tools and the melodic / hypno side of techno, industrial atmospheres and ambient tracks.
He started with production in the early 2010s, influenced by the original sound of dubstep and UK garage. During the next decade he released a number of singles and EPs both digitally and physically across platforms and labels worldwide. In 2020 he released his debut album Black Rainbow under his own label Dolec. The album works as a compilation of various genres and different moods – darkened half-tempos, steps, breakbeats, and even classic techno.
