Jiří Pavlica

Jiří Pavlica is a Czech violinist and composer, since 1978 he is the artistic director of Hradišťan. His attention is not only focused on Moravian folklore and its distinctive interpretation, but crosses the borders of genres and continents. He is one of the most prominent promoters of world music in the Czech Republic. In addition to performing with Hradišťan, Pavlica also works for radio, theatre and television.
