Marcin Pater trio will perform in the next Jazz Session in BARdzo bardzo.

The band was formed on the initiative of vibraphonist Marcin Pater, the leader and author of the group’s music. The musicians forming the project are three friends, who have worked together many times in various projects. The trio made their debut at a concert within the framework of the festival “Shooting Gardens of Poetry and Jazz” in 2016. Their music is a journey through the world of broadly understood jazz. It is characterized by light, singing melodies based on simple harmonies, often enriched with advanced rhythmic divisions, all wrapped in an immense dose of musical energy. Their sound is characterized by the use of vibraphone as the leading instrument in the band. Apart from the leader, the band includes Mateusz Szewczyk on double bass and Tomek Machański on drums.

The event will also include a conversation with the artist. The concert will be divided into two parts.
