Jason Mraz

Jason Thomas Mraz is an American singer-songwriter and guitarist who first came to prominence in the San Diego coffee shop scene in 2000. In 2002, he released his debut studio album, Waiting for My Rocket to Come, which contained the hit single The Remedy. His styles include reggae, pop, rock, folk, jazz, and hip hop.

He was born and raised in Mechanicsville, Virginia, USA. His Czech-sounding last name is from his grandfather, who left Austria-Hungary for the United States in 1915.
