During his career as a DJ and producer, Janein overcame several obstacles and finally managed to leave his mark on the techno scene. He already performed in clubs like Bassiani, Institut Für Zukunft or Tresor.

He is also the head of the Seelen label, has a packed tour schedule and tirelessly delivers trance-tinged techno cuts with a dash of 80s science fiction. His selections for his sets show a particular sensitivity to what makes rave culture tick, with a unique approach to techno that ranges from modern bangers to classic EBM anthems.
