The tenement house with a façade combining brick masonry and neo-Renaissance stucco elements designed by Arnold Weber in 1871–1872 represents an important architectural monument and an important urban component of the urban conservation area. Today, the tenant house space continues to be used for administrative purposes, rentals, housing, and facilities for local businesses.
