Imperial Shipyard

The Imperial Shipyard is located along the bank of the Dead Vistula, in close proximity to the main railway station and the Old Town. To live up to its turbulent history, the project aims to be a revolutionary forerunner in urban planning, sustainability and social inclusion. The project aims to create a place that fully celebrates creative, innovative and inspiring 21st century living. The developers envision a multifunctional urban district with residential quarters, office spaces, boutique shops, service outlets and a wide range of cultural, entertainment and hotel offerings. A post-industrial site that is becoming an integral and multifunctional part of the city.
