Spring has begun and your house plants are finally waking up from hibernation. What will make them thrive?
During this 90-minute workshop, participants of the workshop will learn the fundamental science behind house plant care so that their plant collection stays healthy and beautiful for many years to come. They will be explained how to take care of their plants sustainably, without much chemistry, with respect for nature – because that’s what it’s all about anyway.
Participants will learn:
- how to properly repot a plant,
- how to mix a quality substrate,
- what natural fertilizers work,
- what to do if, unfortunately, insidious pests come down on your green collection.
The workshops will be lead by Nicole Robin – a gardener, expert on tropical plants and a student at the Faculty of Tropical Agriculture, University of Life Sciences in Prague.
