About Hortus Musicus
Hortus Musicus is currently the longest functioning European Quintet in its field. Genre label “old music” is inaccurate, but the old music in each submission gets a new, unique face. The mystical minimalism of Arvo Pärt’s tintinnabuli in encyclopaedias known as formed 40 years ago in close cooperation with the members of Hortus Musicus, the background players were even composition Aleksandera Knaifela, Santhosh Sumery or Galiny Grigoryevy.
