Historical Building ESM

The Historica Building is the seat of the East Slovak Museum. The construction was carried out by the leading architect and builder Michal Répászky. It has a rich decoration and on both sides of the entrance there are two and two double pillars that support a balcony with carved railings. At present, the visitor can see the permanent exhibition Košice Gold Treasure in this building located in a safe in the underground and exhibitions according to the current offer. In the area of the building there is a wooden Church from Kožuchovce.
