Classical crossover cellist from Croatia Stjepan Hauser became widely known as a member of the duo 2Cellos, whose instrumental arrangements of well-known pop and rock songs earned them a spot in Elton John's backing band and cameos in Glee and The Bachelor. 2Cellos went on hiatus in 2019, with Hauser embarking on a solo career, since releasing a string of classical albums with the London Symphony Orchestra, as well as a Hauser Plays Morricone LP.
